Built on the ethos that “whatsoever you nurture, you become,” TGN exists to close Africa’s execution gap—the space between learning and doing, starting and sustaining, dreaming and building.
Across Africa, millions of young people are full of ambition. They join trainings, win grants, and start projects, yet most struggle to execute consistently and sustain what they begin. TGN was born to solve that problem, by building a system where growth doesn’t end at learning, it continues through execution.
